Peak Rates:
May thru September, Spring break, Holidays and all Weekends.
Weekend consists of Friday and Saturday nights. We do not split
weekends.
Peak season has 2 night minimum.
Peak Season rate: $125.00 per suite with 2 queen beds.
Discount Rates:
Off Season: October thru April (excludes Spring break, Holidays,
and Weekends.)
Rent a week get one day free. Call for best deal.
Drop in for one night? Call for rate.
Deposits are required. If we hold longer than 3 months,
deposit must be 50 percent.
Hotel/Motel tax will be added to all charges.
Any guest under 21 years of age must be accompanied
by parent or legal guardian. |
Cancellation policy: one week notice to avoid being
charged first nights stay.
Refund policy: management's discretion.
We take all major credit cards,Visa, MasterCard, American express
and cash. No checks.
We love children but please leave ATVs and pets at home.
