We charge our peak rates from May through September and during spring break, holidays, and all weekends.

A weekend consists of Friday and Saturday nights. We do not split weekends. During the peak season we have a two-night minimum.

We Are the Perfect Place for a Quiet Family Vacation

Deposits are required. If we are holding your space for longer than three months, the deposit must be 50 percent of your bill.
A hotel / motel tax will be added to all charges.
Any guest under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We love children but please leave ATVs and pets at home.
Our facilities are smoke-free.
Refunds will be given at the management's discretion.
As much as we love pets, we do not allow them in our facility. We do not rent to people with animals.
