Booking & Rates
Sabinal River Lodge charges rates starting at $150 per night, per room, with no online booking or automatic payment processing on this website. All stays are confirmed directly with Kimberly Murphey by phone or through the contact form.
Cancellation Policy

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am. Call Kimberly Murphey at (830) 966-3393 if you need to arrange an early check-in or late check-out.
Property Rules
Pet policy: call for more info before bringing a pet. Smoking is not permitted inside any lodge room. Guests are asked to be respectful of quiet hours in the evening out of consideration for other guests. Call Kimberly Murphey at (830) 966-3393 for any additional property rules before your stay.
Wedding & Event Policies
Overnight capacity for weddings and group events is up to 22 guests, as stated on the Weddings & Events page. Catering and a wedding planner are available upon request. Vendor policies, setup and teardown windows, and any venue fees separate from nightly room rates are confirmed directly with Kimberly Murphey when you book your event.
